Internet / mobile connectivity
Several reviews say that phone signal / internet / WiFi is weak / intermittent. If you need strong connectivity, this could be an issue. 

Access / road condition
Last-mile or approach roads may not be great; some vehicles might find it tough. In rains especially, roads could be slippery or damaged. 

Luxuries are limited
If you expect very high-end luxury (spa, big luxury suites, etc.), some people feel the resort is modest compared to 5-star resorts. It’s more about a nature retreat than ultra luxury. 

Timings / usage rules
Some complaints about pool timings or access to certain amenities (e.g. pool after certain time) and staff enforcing rules strictly.
